Limited Edition
How long do Japanese limited edition CDs stay on sale?

I am going to Japan in a few weeks, and there are at least two CDs that I want to buy, but they go on sale a week before I get there. How long will I be able to buy the limited edition ones?

If you're going one week after it's released, you should be fine. Just make sure you shop in a major city because they're more likely to have more copies in stock.

When it comes to Limited Edition Prints, type and number are always of interest. In addition to the "Regular" edition, there are a host of edition proofs. These other proofs may or may not be of the same quality and value.

The definition of an Edition is - "The controlled number of prints released by a publisher."

Artist Proof (AP) Artist Proofs are of equal quality to the edition and AC precedes the number. Example - "AP 5/10". A print numbered like this means it's an Artist Proof and it's number 5 of 10 produced.

Bon a tirer (BAT) means "Good to Print". This is the print selected to be the image for the edition.

Trial Proof (TP) Trial Proofs are unique color and/or detail variations. For example, Andy Warhol often produced a number of different color combinations to determine the desired color combination. TP precedes the number and all are unique.

Color Trial Proof (CTP) They are the equivalent to Trial Proofs but are not published in editions. CTP precedes the number.

Exhibition Proof (EP) are of the same quality as the edition and are produced specifically for special exhibitions. EP precedes the number.

Hors Commerce (HC) "Not for Sale" proofs are of a quality equal to the edition. These are often gifts to collaborators. HC precedes the number.

Printer's Proof (PP) They are of the same quality as the edition with PP preceding the number.

Right to Print (RTP) is the proof selected to be the image for the edition. It is the same as a BAT.

These are the most common proofs types.

do you have to have the limited edition on gears of war 2 to do some glitches?

I have gears of war 2 (not limited edition) and i've been trying to do the kung-fu flip and the one where you can have the gnasher and the boom shield at the same time. I am pretty sure that i've been doing all the right steps but i've noticed that on youtube that the people doing these have gold lancers? Do i need to get the limited edition in order to do these glitches?

No...
you needed gears of war 2 about 8 months ago to do these glitches
epic released a patch that got rid of most of these glitches
they were pretty funny, you could have a boomshot and a shield at the same time and just destroy everyone
it ruined the multiplayer though
